- No refunds will be provided once a sample has been collected, as our laboratory incurs immediate processing costs and begins testing procedures.
- If you cancel your appointment before sample collection, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- In exceptional circumstances where a test cannot be performed due to technical issues at our facility, a full refund will be provided regardless of sample collection status.
- If you have concerns about the quality of service or test results, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your results. We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution.
